We then met up with friends Cynthia and Lindsay and Kerstin, (previously of ChCh, now Germany), who expressed a desire for some 'hard-core sightseeing'. I don't think we lived up to their ideals of German efficiency, but we did wander around some of the attractions of London, Westminster, up the Thames to Greenwich, Tower of London etc.
