The observant amongst you may realise something is a little different in the photo above. Yes I've had a haircut, but also my nose has been shifted a little to the right. So this is what happened...We were out dancing Saturday night with three other friends. Some fella started dancing with Jo. Our flatmate Rik moved her away, he took exception to this, argued with Rik, I poked my nose in to see what the trouble was (not that anybody could hear anything). Then the fella punched Rik, and began punching me in the face, while his mate attacked Rik. Bouncers moved in grabbing everybody, the police arrived and our night of frivalty was over. It was thankfully obvious that we had been assaulted as we hadn't layed a single hand on them. So the police took the boys away to be charged. We headed down to A&E to get checked out. After a long wait, we both were fine, with a couple of cuts and bruises. (A nice shiner today). Oh and I rather obviously had a broken nose, it being slightly displaced on my face. I head in again on thursday (they need to wait for the swelling to go down) and it will get straightened up. So don't worry Mum, my modelling career aint over yet.
My Reaction
A rather interesting episode, as it could really have happened to anyone. Ocassionaly you think, What would I do in that circumstance? and this time I got to find out. The answer: nothing. I didn't fight back, hell I didn't even defend myself.
Partly suprise, because it happened fast, partly due to my reactions slowed by a couple of drinks, but also some ego at work. Yes I will defiantly hold my head up in front of your fist, to show I am not afraid. I think I was smiling as he hit me. I can be a twit sometimes. Well lesson learnt, luckily with no major damage. How much pain an suffering have stupid male agressiveness and ego caused in this world? Have to let it go people.

First of all the sounds very ouchy. Second of all I can't seem to shake the image of that all going down at the sugar shack.
This is a really great blog, you guys have put lots of effort in.
Well - a loverly new look Steven.
Somehow I don't think it does really improve the original face.
However you don't see it (the face ) as much as Jo does!!!.
Good luck in the alterations - back to teh original
Dad
