Oh so cultured
Last Wednesday evening Steven and I dressed up proper and saw the famous opera from Italian composer Gaetano Donizetti. It was sung in Italian but actually set in Scotland and the story was based on the novel by Sir Walter Scott 'The Bride of Lammermoor'. It was Steve's first opera experience, he enjoyed it! It's something you don't do too often but you've got to try!
