Mum arrived on Monday and it was a joyous reunion as both Bonnie and I had gone to the airport to collect her. It's been 2 years since we've all been together. She really enjoyed her stop over in San Francisco where she found some farmers organic food markets, ate a really good seafood meal in the famous fishermans' wharf area and visited the Muir wood.
It's great to have someone to show around and it gives me an excuse to do touristy things. This pic was taken on the top of Carlton Hill in the setting Scottish summer sun.
