They just seem to go together. This weekend we had plenty.
Just finished watching New Zealand win the Edinburgh International Sevens Tournament.
My heart swells with pride that a number of my countrymen do something better than anyone else.
And it swelled even more when Australia didn't make the last eight.
It was great fun, a good natured crowd, typical scottish weather (we both baked in beautuful sunshine and froze in misty drizzle) and good natured teams happy to interact with the crowd. The Russian team beat a number of toga wearing fans in a boat race.
